Posters

We will not have printed posters at ISPAH 2024, but instead use E-posters. E-poster will be made available online via the congress website as well on screens during the E-poster sessions during the congress. The E-posters will be grouped by themes, and moderated discussion sessions will be organized so that poster submitters will be able to present their poster.

Abstract submissions must be formatted according to the guidelines and submitted on the ISPAH Congress Website submission portal.

Please read and follow the abstract guidelines for Oral and E-poster presentations carefully.

Abstracts must be submitted using the online portal, not exceed 300 words, including headings (excluding title or authors) following the structured format (headings) as closely as possible, as shown below.

The title should be no longer than 15 words.

The body of the abstract should be structured using the following headings:

Guidelines for E-Poster Submission:

  • Your e-poster image should be in a standard JPEG or PNG format and no larger than 25MB in size.
  • Your e-poster may be displayed on large presentation screens at the congress and will also be available on the congress website. We would strongly encourage you to use suitable dimensions for displaying your e-poster appropriately. For standard resolution, your image should be landscape 1920px by 1080px, for high-quality resolution your image should be 3840px by 2160px. We would recommend you try where possible to ensure the final image file you upload is high-quality resolution.
  • The image file will be uploaded to our event server in Paris, France so please wait until the upload progress bar has fully completed before selecting the submit option.
  • On selecting the ‘Submit Abstract’ please wait until you can see the ‘Upload Successful’ message displayed.
  • Please ensure you only upload the finished and final version of the e-poster image. Once the image has been submitted, you will not have the option to resubmit.
  • If you do not have the e-poster ready at this time, you may submit your e-poster to this abstract at a later time. The e-poster upload field will be the only option available. All other options will have already been submitted and are not editable once the abstract is under review.
