- Your e-poster may be displayed on large presentation screens at the congress and will also be available on the congress website. We would recommend you try where possible to ensure the final image file you upload is high-quality resolution.

- On selecting the ‘Submit Abstract’ please wait until you can see the ‘Upload Successful’ message displayed.
- Please ensure you only upload the finished and final version of the e-poster image. Once the image has been submitted, you will not have the option to resubmit.
- If you do not have the e-poster ready at this time, you may submit your e-poster to this abstract at a later time. The e-poster upload field will be the only option available. All other options will have already been submitted and are not editable once the abstract is under review.
Please note: All abstracts are to be submitted in English. A lead author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts. They may also be named on other abstracts as an additional author or presenter.
Communications: All communication regarding receipt and notice of your abstract will be via email. Please have a look at our key dates. You will not receive notice ahead of these dates. If you need to request to withdraw an abstract submission, it must be made via the helpdesk form in your abstracts dashboard.
Important Note: The presenting author MUST be registered for the Congress and is responsible for the registration fees (and accommodation and travel costs where applicable). If there is a change in the presenting author, please notify the Organizing Committee by sending an email via our helpdesk form in your abstracts dashboard no later than September 15, 2024.
