1. Registration and Payment
Delegates paying by debit/credit card must complete registration payment by the stated deadline to secure attendance at the event. Registration fees include attendance to the conference, access to poster area display, coffee breaks and lunches.
All payments will be processed by Overcome, who is acting as the Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) on behalf of ISPAH. For French administrations, payment can be made by wire transfer and may optionally include a purchase order number. If you require further assistance, please contact us.

2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration payment, please contact us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations received before June 1st: A €50 administrative fee will be retained to cover our time and associated fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations received between June 1st and June 30th: 25% of the registration fee will be retained, and 75% will be refunded.
- Cancellations received between July 1st and July 31st: 50% of the registration fee will be retained, and 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellations received between August 1st and August 26th: 75% of the registration fee will be retained, and 25% will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after August 26th: No refunds will be provided, as this is the deadline for speaker registration.
- Note: The registration fee includes access to the main congress. The same refund policy applies to add-on events such as the ISPAH Party, paid workshops, or any other add-on events that ISPAH may include.
This policy allows us to cover administrative costs and any fees incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Event Program
The event organisers reserve the right to change the event program at any time without prior notice. This includes alterations to the agenda, speakers, venue, and any other aspects of the event deemed necessary for logistical or administrative reasons.
4. Data Protection
By registering for the event, delegates agree to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data by the organizers for purposes related to the event. This includes administrative purposes and future promotional activities. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 5. Liability
The organisers will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to event delegates, either during or as a result of the event. Delegates are advised to arrange for their own insurance protections.
6. Conduct
Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to remove any delegate from the event whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the overall proceedings.
